At The Element Holistic Skincare, we believe skin is not a surface problem. Pigmentation, breakouts and dullness show up on your face, but they rarely start there. So we built a range that works on both sides of the skin — clinically dosed actives applied on top, and Ayurvedic botanicals taken from within.
That is what holistic means to us. Not a softer version of skincare, but a more complete one.
Our Story
We started with a simple frustration: Indian skin was being treated with formulas designed for someone else's climate, someone else's concerns and someone else's melanin. Tan, melasma, post‑acne marks and humidity‑driven breakouts needed formulas built for them — not imported and hoped for.
So we build for Indian skin first. Every formula is dermatologically tested, honestly dosed, and printed with its percentages on the front of the pack — because you deserve to know exactly what you are putting on your skin, and how much.
The Four Elements
- Water — deep hydration and barrier repair, through Hyaluronic Acid, Japanese Rice Water and Ceramides.
- Air — lightweight, non‑comedogenic textures that sit invisibly on Indian skin in Indian weather. No white cast, no heavy finish.
- Fire — the actives that do the work: Niacinamide, Salicylic Acid, Alpha Arbutin, Kojic Acid, AHA, Vitamin C and Bakuchiol.
- Earth — Ayurvedic botanicals working from the inside out. Manjistha, Amla, Neem, Turmeric and 20+ herbs, taken as drops rather than applied.
Most skincare brands stop at three. Earth is the one we added when we realised that the pigmentation and acne our customers were fighting kept coming back from within.
What Makes Us Different
- Percentages on the front. 10% Niacinamide. 2% Salicylic Acid. 5% AHA. If we claim it, it is on the pack.
- Dermatologically tested. Every formula is tested for safety and efficacy before it reaches you.
- Clean formulations. Free from parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde releasers and artificial fragrance. Our sunscreen is oxybenzone‑free.
- Cruelty‑free. We never test on animals.
- Built for all skin types — normal, dry, oily, sensitive, combination and acne‑prone.
