At The Element Holistic Skincare, we are committed to delivering your skincare essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details you need about how your order will reach you.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India via trusted courier partners.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes with an additional fee of ₹50.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Address & Delivery Issues
- Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
